Outstanding customer service from start to finish! James really went above and beyond to make the purchase of my dream performance car an enjoyable experience. He stayed late one evening so I could view the car before paying my deposit. I appreciate I am a fussy customer but I never once felt like any of the bits I asked to get done would not be possible and true to his word he managed to get them all finished on time as per our agreement. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with James when compared to other car salesmen. I never once felt rushed or pressured to buy or accept anything less than my high standard. even the after sales experience has been top notch. James was very thorough running me through all the settings of the vehicle and even talked me through the process of acquiring a private registration (also promised to make me the plates and post them to me once I pick one). I would highly recommend Ravenswood Performance. the excellent reviews speak for themselves which was the main reason I decided to drive over 3 hrs to see them which I am so glad I did. High performance cars you can buy with confidence. Recently purchased a car from Ravenswood, they only the car for a few days but James was able to sort everything out for us. Within a week James was able to prep the car, have it serviced and have delivered to us. Absolutely stunning service provided by Ravenswood Performance, will definitely come back in the future.

From seeing the vehicle advertised to actually purchasing it the whole end-to-end experience provided by Luke was of a high standard and extremely professional. Communication was consistent throughout the sale and every question answered. After sales to check all was OK (which is rare these days) was pleasant to witness.
