Contacted them one day, sent a few photos of my car, they offered a very competitive honest price which they paid on the very next day when they collected the car. Unlike Motorway where you have to wait days before the dealer comes to view and collect the car. The car inspection was quick with no attempt to reduce the agreed price for the car.
