James was a great pleasure to deal with , either online, Wats App or in person. My daughter had been looking locally for a VW Tougan when she saw James’s advert for one 63 miles away. She immediately called him and arranged for a viewing. James sent numerous extra photos and highlighted any minor defects and was completely open and honest with his view of the vehicle. On arriving we were not disappointed with James or the vehicle. Top performance from both.
