James made the car purchase super easy and straightforward, even taking money off the car for a wheel refurb (which they would normally do) as I needed the car the same day. I was travelling a 4 hour train journey, James was super transparent and talking me through every minor detail on the car such even down to detail on stone chips so there was no surprises. Picked me up from train station and once at the showroom had all the paperwork done and signed within 30 minutes. Very informative and no pressure on buying any extra care products/warranty. I have purchased numerous cars from garages and this was by far the best experience I have had. Thank you!
