Outstanding customer service from start to finish! James really went above and beyond to make the purchase of my dream performance car an enjoyable experience. He stayed late one evening so I could view the car before paying my deposit. I appreciate I am a fussy customer but I never once felt like any of the bits I asked to get done would not be possible and true to his word he managed to get them all finished on time as per our agreement. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with James when compared to other car salesmen. I never once felt rushed or pressured to buy or accept anything less than my high standard. even the after sales experience has been top notch. James was very thorough running me through all the settings of the vehicle and even talked me through the process of acquiring a private registration (also promised to make me the plates and post them to me once I pick one). I would highly recommend Ravenswood Performance. the excellent reviews speak for themselves which was the main reason I decided to drive over 3 hrs to see them which I am so glad I did. I've waiting a few years to find the right spec of this particular performance car and the customer service I received was well worth the trip. Thanks James & Luke. Keep up the great work
