I travelled 200 miles each way on Sunday to view and purchase a 2020 Seat Cupra 290 Lux from Ravenswood Performance. From communication, politeness and professionalism James was amazing and helpful. From the minute I enquired about the car by calling the dealership after seeing it on Autotrader, James kept me fully informed and reserved the car for me after I paid a deposit. The phone call conversation went well and easily midweek discussing a few things, James kept it real and honest all the way and allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted :) The car was ready and clean for when we went to pick it up and had fuel in it, test drive was great. James also helped us deal with our old insurance and helped find temp cover until our new insurance went live.
