Having been a confirmed 'Petrolhead' for most of my 76 years owning a variety of high end and performance cars and with still a yen to experience more, I recently happened upon the very attractive and informative website of Ravenswood Performance based in West Sussex.
A relatively new company set up by James * Personal information removed by Feefo * to present the very best of pre owned Performance cars, offered with full histories, fully serviced, and immaculately prepared for sale and immediate use. I was enthralled by the range of James stock, and was 'hooked' by a rare Ford ST200 with one owner and low miles. (The ST200 was a very limited edition of the Fiesta ST produced by Ford to celebrate the forthcoming end of Fiesta production after some four decades) As I was recovering from a heart procedure, I asked James if he would deliver the car to my home on the Wirral. No problem, and James duly drove five hours to deliver the car, charging me only a nominal amount for the service ! He then was faced with an equally long journey home via the rail network. Sadly the ST200 was not the car for me as I found the ride too hard, and my wife hated the 'Storm grey' exterior colour, and so under the 'Distance sale regulations' I requested that James took the car back ! No problem James readily agreed, but I had spotted another car in his stock which seemed to tick all the boxes of what I was looking for, and so a deal was done, and the very next day James again travelled almost five hours to deliver a fantastic virtually new 'Mean Green' Fiesta ST3. (The ST3 marked the very end of Fiesta production, with every conceivable extra fitted, and the amazing and award winning three cylinder turbocharged 200 PS engine capable of 0-62 in 6.5 seconds and 143 mph) I am really pleased with the car, and unable to fault anything about it, or with the VIP service I have received in every respect from James and his company. I would have no hesitation in recommending James * Personal information removed by Feefo * and Ravenswood Performance to anyone looking for a Performance car tried, tested, beautifully prepared, and sold with a Gold standard warranty for peace of mind.
